SI 2021 Re-Exam में जो हुआ है वो नई बात नहीं है। पिछले 2-3 सालों में अनेक परीक्षाओं में प्रश्न पत्रों का स्तर कठिन के नाम पर निरर्थक व निकृष्ट रखा गया है। पिछले 2 सालों में इसमें कुछ खास सुधार नहीं हुआ है। परीक्षा होती है Meme बनते है और चीजों को भुला दिया जाता है। परीक्षाओं का स्तर जानबूझ कर इतना फूहड़ रखना बौद्धिक अहंकार के तुष्टिकरण से ज्यादा कुछ नहीं है। कि देखो हम ऐसा पेपर बना के दे रहे है कि कोई पास होकर दिखा दे। परीक्षा का उद्देश्य बेहतर अभ्यर्थियों को राज्य की सेवा हेतु चयन करना है। अगर परीक्षा विषय विशेष की हो तो फिर भी माने कि कोई इस विषय में पारंगत है तो इतना तो आना ही चाहिए। इसकी आगे जरूरत भी है। SI जैसी परीक्षा में सामान्यज्ञ लोक सेवक की जरूरत है और परीक्षा के मायने केवल छंटनी तक सीमित है। छंटनी में बेहतरीन तार्किक लोगो की आवश्यकता है न कि तथ्यों को शत प्रतिशत रट सकने वाले रोबोट्स की, उसके लिए कंप्यूटर बना लिए गए है। SI 2021 परीक्षा के GK & GS पेपर में केवल 20-25 प्रश्न ऐसे थे जिसमें एक सामान्य अभ्यर्थी सही उत्तर दे सकता है। प्रश्नों का स्तर कठिनतम के स्थान पर फ़ुहड़तम था। लगभग सभी विषयों में सामान्य ज्ञान के स्थान पर विषय की उच्च स्तरीय समझ के प्रश्न पूछे गए। परीक्षा के बाद से ही आयोग द्वारा उक्त गलती की लीपापोती शुरू कर दी गई है। SI 2021 के अभ्यर्थी 2019-20 से मेहनत कर रहे थे, उनके लिए ये कुठाराघात है। पूर्व में इस भर्ती में चयनित अभ्यर्थियों के साथ ये पूर्णतः अन्याय है, वे लंबे समय से पढ़ाई से दूर रहे और केवल तीन माह के समय में ऐसा जटिल प्रश्न पत्र देना कतई उचित नहीं है। अब इस गलती में सुधार के नाम पर बहुत ही कम विकल्प मौजूद है। भर्ती के नियम अब बदले नहीं जा सकते जिसमें 36% और 40% वाला भी शामिल है। ऐसे में केवल एक दो विकल्प ही बचते है जो संवैधानिक संस्था होने के नाते RPSC अपना सकती है। अभ्यर्थियों के पास न्यायालय की शरण लेना भी एक विकल्प है। अगर आप इस अन्याय के खिलाफ नहीं लड़ते है तो आप भी Meme बन कर रह जाएंगे। कल फिर कोई परीक्षा होगी और ये फिर से होगा।
