በፈተና ጊዜ የሚፈጠርን ጭንቀት ወይም ቴንሽንን ልንቆጣጠር የምንችልባቸው ዘዴዎች! ======================== 👉ፈተና የመፈተኛ ጊዜ ሲቃረብ ሁላችንም በመጠኑ መጨነቅ እና ከወትሮው ከፍ ባለ መጠን ውጥረት ውስጥ መግባታችን የተለመደ ነገር ነው::ይህን አይነቱን ከፍተኛ ውጥረት መቆጣጠር የምትችሉበትን መንገድ አንድ በአንድ እንመልከት፤ ከፈተና በፊት ማድረግ የሚገባን ዘዴዎች፤ ------------------------------------------------ ☝️ ፈተና ሲመጣ መጠነኛ ውጥረት እና ጭንቀት ተፈጥሮአዊ እና ሁሉም ተፈታኝ ተማሪ እንደሚያጋጥመው መረዳት። ☝️ ለፈተና ስንዘጋጅ አዎንታዊ እና በጎ ሀሳቦችን ማሰብ፡፡ 👌ፈተና ማለት ከዚህ ቀደም ከተማርነው ነገር የተረዳነውን እና የቀሰምነውን እውቀት የምንለካበት መመዘኛ እንጂ የኛ የህይወት ምዕራፍ ማብቂያ ወይም አጠቃላይ ችሎታችንን የሚያመላክት አይደለም ።  ☝️ማወቅ ያለብን አንድ ነገር ቢኖር መሳሳትን አለመፍራት እና ሁሌም ለማወቅ እና ራስን ለማሻሻል ዝግጅ መሆንን ነው ። እንዲሁም አሁን የምንፈተነው ፈተና እንዳሰብነው እንኳን ውጤቱ ባያስደስት ለቀጣይ ማስተካከል እና ማሻሻል እንደሚቻል ማመን። ☝️ ከጓደኞቻችን ጋር ያጠናነውን ነገር በጋራ ሆነን መጠያየቅ እና እርስ በርስ ያወቅነውን ነገር መለዋወጥ፡፡ ይህ ዘዴ ይበልጥ የማስታወስ ብቃታችንን እንደሚጨምር እና የተጠያየቅነው ነገር እንዳይረሳን ያረጋል ። ከዚህም በተጨማሪ የተሳሳትነውን ነገር ድጋሚ እንድንከልስ እና እርማት እንድናረግ ያግዘናል። ☝️ የፈተና ቀን ሲቃረብ እንደ ወትሮው ዘና ማለት እና በቂ እረፍትና በቂ እንቅልፍ  መተኛት ። ይህም ጭንቀትን ይቀንስልናል፣ እንዲሁም ተረጋግተን ያጠናነውን ነገር አስበን እንድንሰራ ይረዳናል። 

EXAM RULES FOR STUDENTS Bashewam School Failure to obey any of the following rules may result in your exam paper being removed and disciplinary action taken against you. 1. Make sure that you are prepared for the exam. Have your pen (s), pencil(s), pencil sharpener, extra lead(s) or refill(s), and your eraser available and ready. 2. You will not be allowed to leave the exam room during the exam. 3. You may be asked by the invigilator to place a barrier between you and the person sitting beside you. 4. An exam is a race against time, try to be quick, but careful. 5. Open your exam paper when you are told to do so. 6. Make sure you write your name, surname, date and school number on the exam paper. 7. Keep the exam paper clean and flat. 8. If you have any difficulty with the exam paper, raise your hand and wait for the invigilator to respond. 9. The invigilator will not answer any questions about the exam once it has started. 10. Only the equipment which is necessary for the exam should be kept on the desk. 11. Keep your exam paper on the desk at which you are sitting. 12. Keep silent during exams. 13. Be careful that you mark multiple choice answers properly. Incorrect entries may lose you marks. 14. If you have time when you finish the exam, check your answers. 15. If you have finished the exam in time turn over the page and wait. Do not disturb others. 16. When the exam ends the invigilator calls “TIME IS OVER. PENS, PENCILS DOWN”. Put your pencil or pen down immediately and wait until your paper is collected. 17. Leave the class quietly and do not loiter in front of the class. Go directly to the canteen area or garden and stay there until everybody finishes the exam.

ውድ የተማሪ ወላጆች ፡ ተማሪዎች በፈተና ጊዜ ከመደበኛ ዩኒፎርም ውጪ ሌላ ልብስም ሆነ የስፖርት ቱታ ለብሰው መምጣት የማይችሉ መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን ። እንዲሁም የታሸጉ ብስኩቶች ፡ ቸኮሌት ፡ ብር ፡ ማስቲካና ጁስ የመሳሰሉት ነገሮች ይዘው መምጣት በፍፁም ክልክል ነው ። አንድ ጊዜ የሚመገቡት ምሳ ብቻ መያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል ። ለፈተና የሚያስፈልጉ ቁሳቁሶች አሟልተው መምጣት ይኖርባቸዋል ። ፈተናው የሚያልቀው 6:00 ሰዓት ስለሆነ በሰዓቱ መጥታችሁ ልጆቻችሁን እንድትወስዱ እናሳስባለን ።

የ2015 ዓ.ም 12ኛ ክፍል ተፈታኞች አቅም ማሻሻያ (Remedial Program) መከታተያ የመቁረጫ ነጥብ ይፋ ሆነ። ==============//== ጥቅምት 23/2016 ዓ .ም (ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ) በ2015 የ12ኛ ክፍል ማጠናቀቂያ ፈተና ወስደው የዩኒቨርሲቲ መግቢያ ውጤት ያላመጡ ተማሪዎች የአቅም ማሻሻያ ፕሮግራም መከታተያ መቁረጫ ነጥብ ይፋ ሆኗል። የከፍተኛ ትምህርት የአስተዳደርና መሠረተ ልማት መሪ ስራ አስፈጻሚ ሰለሞን አብርሃ (ዶ/ር ) እንደገለጹት በ2016 በግልና የመንግስት ተቋማት የአቅም ማሻሻያ /Remedial Program / የሚከታተሉ ተማሪዎች መቁረጫ ነጥብ እንደተፈተኑት የትምህርት ዓይነት ብዛት 30% እና ከዚያ በላይ ሆኗል ። በዚህም መሠረት በመንግስት ዩኒቨርስቲዎች ለመማር የመቁረጫ ነጥብ የተፈጥሮ ሳይንስ ለመደበኛና የማታ ወንድ ተማሪዎች 255 የተፈጥሮ ሳይንስ ለመደበኛና የማታ ሴት ተማሪዎች 234 መሆኑን አስታውቀዋል። የማህበራዊ ሳይንስ ለመደበኛና የማታ ወንድ ተማሪዎች 218 የማህበራዊ ሳይንስ ለመደበኛና የማታ ሴት ተማሪዎች 200 መሆኑን ተናግረዋል። ታዳጊ ክልሎች የተፈጥሮ ሳይንስ ወንድ ተማሪዎች 224 ታዳጊ ክልሎች ተፈጥሮ ሳይንስ ሴት ተማሪዎች 210 መሆኑን ተናግረዋል። ታዳጊ ክልሎች የማህበራዊ ሳይንስ ወንድ ተማሪዎች መግቢያ 192 ታዳጊ ክልሎች ማህበራዊ ሳይንስ ሴት ተማሪዎች መቁረጫ180 መሆኑን አመልክተዋል። ሙሉ መረጃው👇 https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=pfbid0DDFte8gZynMFNPjAJqQ3E4BgCn54bGD3wY5sX2sjkPmbtaJFBRF6xjnxaR4X2hiSl&id=100064682287722&mibextid=9R9pXO
