One of my techniques to never get burned out for studying 8-12 hrs per day during my NLE review is doing Promodoro. For each hour of my day, I divide it into two giving me 30 mins each. 25 mins is allocated for studying or doing tasks, while 5 mins is allocated for taking breaks. By taking these short breaks, it really gave me time to recharge before grinding again.

One of the key things when making great flashcards that would ensure long term retention is sticking to **Minimum simple material is easy to remember and repetitions of simple items are easier to schedule.
