Welcome guys I am Dr Vibin who just like you guys is a fellow neet pg aspirant who is finding very difficult to focus for a long period of time. On thinking on what can be done to improve the focus I came up with this idea of a Google meet so that all people can study together in a single platform. 1. Dr Deepak have already mentioned about the timings. Timings mentioned is the duration for which the Pomodoro timer runs. That doesn't mean following the timings strictly is mandatory. You guys can join in at any time as the meet is accessible always. 2. Turning On the camera is not mandatory but it is recommended to be the best to improve your focus. Our brain will always be more focussed to the goals as we anticipate others seeing us study. This will be true for initial few days after which we'll come into the track of studying long hours without procrastinating. Happy studying everyone. May your goals be succeeded ♥️
