Just finished watching the movie "Grave of the fireflies.' It was thr recommendation of an important person. Animated motion pictures have seldom evoked the sense of impelling connection in me but this movie, on the contrary, had moments where I wish I had someone I could love and watch them grow happily. Progressing through the days of war, the movie revolves around the lives of a brother and sister who are left to live on their own. Metaphorically, eventhough we are surrounded by people who claim they care, arent we all alone when we really need someone? Arent we all desperate for a touch of compassion, when life throws us in the tumultous winds of existence?
Maybe its just me...
But once in a while, a movie can offer solace....
Thats all for now
Peace out

When their love occurs only in comfort and prospers in the security of well-being, I dont call that romance anymore. Its a much better attachment, not love- yet....
