26 y female in surgery thyroidectomy give her G.A and propofol and atracurium , the surgeon ask for checking the vocal cords the patient not fully muscle power ,he notice ain't movement and bilateral immobile . during that the patient takes a breath and moves his eyebrows , anesthetist give him reversal antidote , still the same, spo2 decreased into 70% and got severe striedel konw later he had suspected nerve injury How to treat the problem?

Q / once a time while you been in operating room in a Laser Surgery you notice white smoke go out from the patient mouth
1- what that mean?

Q/ 26 y male having head surgery already given General anesthesia , after wake up from anesthesia his few symptoms dowrsy and sign of light anesthesia , the assistant pull the tube and shrinking the cuff turn out he has severe Laryngeal edema Spo2 drops from 100% to 80% and 1% The Resperatory get complete obstruction
notice that patient when he wake up the cuff still inflated what will you do in this case ?
