1️⃣_because of the shorting of the axial length in children
النقطة الثانية تحتمل أكثر من إجابة لكن كلاهما صحيح
1️⃣_ because the patient uses his accommodation to correct far vision and later he use it to correct near vision
2️⃣_ the difficult begins with near vision because the patient doesn't have enough accommodation and later in distance vision because the accommodation reduces with time
