Ddx of Chest x ray nodules: 1 hydatosis 2. Cannon balls ( Ca) 3 abscess or septic emboli This case presented with flu like Illness, accidentally had a X ray. CT with contrast showed Hydatid cyst in liver and lung. Credit: dr. Yosif moayed.
