54 Y.O DM 2 male. CC: Hemoptysis. HOPI: non smoker, Prisoner ( 1 y ago) male presented with  Fever , Rhinorreha before 1 week. Fever relived, but cough supervenes. Patient after 4 days started to have SOB on exertion, SoB on lying flat. By exam: Conscious/alert/ oriented. - Bp 145/70; PR: 100; spo2 89, RR 24. - chest dec. Air entry at bases. - heart normal exam (apex not palpable) -  JVP raised to neck on sitting. - No LAP - Mild leg oedmea - No Rash.
