The table compares how many cinemas there were in four different parts of one European country in the years 2004 and 2009. Overall, while the number of cinemas in the city rose, the reverse=opposite was true for outside of the city. Moreover, city center boasted the highest number of cinemas as opposed to suburbs. = moreover, the largest number of cinemas was located in the city center as opposed to suburbs. Notably, city center had considerably more movie houses compared to other parts of the country. From 1512 in 2004, the number rose significantly to 1620, which amounted to 3.1% in terms of percentage change. Similarly, the number of cinemas in proximity to the downtown also proliferated from 300 to 400, representing 1.6% change. Change in the number of cinemas outside the city followed the opposite pattern. The most noticeable loss was observed in suburbs by 25%, from 40 to 30. By contrast, countryside also saw a reduction in the number of cinemas, albeit less substantially by 6% from 108 to 96. Despite the above changes, the total number of cinemas in the given country grew from 2100 to 2287 which was equal to 2% in percentile change.
