Remain in custody - qamoqda saqlanmoq (sud qarori kutgan holda) • The Judge said that Andrew Tate had to remain in custody 16. Verdict - sud qarori • The jury reached a verdict of not guilty. 17. Uphold - qo'llav quvvatlamoq • We have a duty to uphold the law 18. Jury - hakamlar hay'ati, hay'at a'zolari • Not surprisingly, the jury found them both guilty. 19. Judge - sud • The Judge couldn't come to a conclusion because of lack of evidence. 20. To be accused of - bilan aylanmoq • He has been accused of raping young girls. 21. Sentence - jazo • He got a heavy sentence • The offence carries a five-year sentence 22. Witness - guvoh • According to witnesses, the robbery was carried out by two teenage boys. 23. Prison, prisoner - qamoq, mahbus • Hundreds of prisoners were released 24. the death penalty - o'lim jazosi • People could face the death penalty if they commit serious crimes. 25. Defendant - sudlanuvchi, ayblanuvchi • The jury concluded from the evidence that the defendant was innocent
