"ECAMPUZ - European World Talent Camp for Uzbekistan Scientists in Food Science and Technology - ERASMUS-EDU-2022-CBHE" is organizing the “Follow-up meetings with the CAMP 1 participants” from 26th February to 4th March, 2024 at the Andijan State University, Urgench State University, Bukhara Engineering Technological Institute and Center for Advanced Technologies.  The representatives of the University of Copenhagen (Denmark)🇩🇰 and the University of Extremadura (Spain) 🇪🇸 visited the Urgench State University 🇺🇿 today on 27th February 2024 where one of the "Follow-up meetings with the CAMP 1 participants” was organized. During the follow-up visit, EU trainers held additional scientific seminars with CAMP 1 participants as well as with other UZB partners, including the food industry. EU trainers gave brief feedback about the participants of CAMP 1 and reports prepared by the CAMP 1 participants. The representatives of the Urgench State University provided additional information about the main subjects taught within Food Science and Technology and the main research within Food Science and Technology at the University. The schedule of the “Follow-up meetings with the CAMP 1 participants”: 1. Andijan State University - 26th February 2024: 2. Urgench State University - 27th February 2024; 3. Bukhara engineering-technological institute - 29th February 2024; 4. Unda CAMP-1 ishtirokchilari, Urganch davlat universiteti rahbariyati, Kimyoviy texnologiyalar fakulteti professor-o‘qituvchilari, doktorant, magistr va talabalari, viloyatda joylashgan oziq-ovqat sanoati vakillari ishtirok etishdi. Dastlab UrDU Ilmiy ishlar va innovatsiyalar bo‘yicha prorektori, loyihaning universitetdagi koordinatori va menedjeri Zafar Ibragimov loyiha mazmun-mohiyati haqida to‘xtalib, seminar ishini ochib berdi. Seminarda Ispaniyaning Ekstremadura universiteti professori Jorge Ruiz-Carrascal, Daniyaning Kopengagen universitetidan dots. Bekzod Khakimovlar oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarini tahlil qilish usullari va kimyometriya, mikrobiologiyasi, xavfsizligi, kimyosi hamda molekulyar gastronomiyasi haqida ma’ruza qilishdi. ECAMPUZ – bu O‘zbekistonning olti hamkor oliy taʼlim muassasasi va Yevropa Ittifoqining nufuzli ikki oliy o‘quv yurti hamkorligi doirasida salohiyatni oshirish bo‘yicha uch yilga mo‘ljallangan qo‘shma Erasmus+ loyihasidir. oziq-ovqat fanining uchta muhim sohasini qamrab olishga mo'ljallangan va dunyoning uchta yetakchi tadqiqot guruhlarini o'z ichiga oladi: ▪️oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarini tahlil qilish usullari va kimyometriya; ▪️oziq-ovqat mikrobiologiyasi va oziq-ovqat xavfsizligi; ▪️oziq-ovqat kimyosi va molekulyar gastronomiya.
