የብቃት ምዘና ፈተና ለምትወስዱ ጤና ባለሙያዎች በሙሉ የጤና ሚኒስቴር ከከፍተኛ የትምህርት ተቋማት በሜዲስን፤ ነርሲንግ፤ ጤና መኮንን፤ አንስቴዥያ፤ ፋርማሲ፤ ሜዲካል ላቦራቶሪ፤ ሚድዋይፈሪ፤ ዴንታል ሜዲስን፤ ሜዲካል ራዲዮሎጂ፤ ኢንቫይሮመንታል ሄልዝ፤ ፔዲያትሪክ ኤንድ ቻይልድ ሄልዝ፤ ሳይካትሪ ነርሲንግ፤ እና ኢመርጀንሲ ኤንድ ክሪቲካል ኬር ነርሲንግ ሙያዎች በመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ ተመርቀው የብቃት ምዘና ፈተና ለመውሰድ በመጠባበቅ ላይ ለሚገኙ የጤና ባለሙያዎች ፈተናው ሰኔ 30/2015 ዓ.ም ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ከሚሰጠው የመውጫ ፈተና (Exit exam) ጋር በማቀናጀት የሚሰጥ መሆኑን እየገለፅን:- 1. የፈተናው አሰጣጥ ሂደት በኮምፒውተር ይሆናል። 2. የፈተናው መርሃግብር - በ30/10/2015 ዓ.ም Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, Anesthesia, Medical Radiology Technology and Environmental Health, Medical Laboratory Science, Midwifery, Medicine, Dental Medicine, Pediatric and Child Health Nursing, Psychiatric Nursing and Emergency and Critical Care Nursing 3. እያንዳንዱ ተፈታኝ ከሚፈተንበት ቀን አንድ ቀን ቀደም ብሎ ማለትም ሰኔ 29/2015 ዓ.ም ከቀኑ በ 8፡00 ሰዓት በመፈተኛ ጣቢያ በመገኘት የቅድመ ፈተና መለማመጃ ጥያቄዎችን መስራትና፤ የመፈተኛ ክፍሉን መለየት ይኖርበታል። 4. የቅድመ ፈተና መለማመጃ ጥያቄዎችን ለመስራት፤ ወደ ፈተና የሚያስገባውን Username and Password እና የመፈተኛ ጣቢያ ለማወቅ የመረጣችሁብት ዩኒቨርስቲ ዋና ግቢ ከፈተናው አንድ ቀን በፊት ማለትም  ሰኔ 29/2015 ዓ.ም በመገኘት ከጣቢያ አስተባባሪዎች ማግኘት ትችላላችሁ። 5. በፈተናው ዕለት ማንነታችሁን የሚገልጽ መታወቂያ (የቀበሌ መታወቂያ፣ ፓስፖርት፣ መንጃ ፍቃድ ወይም ሌላ በግልጽ የሚታይ ህጋዊ መታወቂያ) ይዛችሁ መገኘት ይኖርባችኋል፡፡ 6. ከላይ ከተጠቀሱት ነገሮች ውጪ ምንም አይነት የኤሌክትሮኒክስ መሳሪያ (ስልክ፣ የእጅ ሰዓት፣ መነጽር (የተረጋገጠ የዕይታ ችግር ከሌለ በስተቀር)፣ ቦርሳ እና ሌሎች እቃዎች፣ ምንም አይነት ማጣቀሻዎች እንዲሁም ባዶ ወረቀቶች፣ ምግብ ወይም መጠጥ (የተረጋገጠ የጤና ችግር ከሌለ በስተቀር) ይዞ መግባት አይፈቀድም፡፡ 7. ፈተናውን በድጋሚ ለምትወስዱ ተመዛኞች ወደ ፈተና ጣቢያ ስትመጡ ሲስተሙ የሚሰጠውን የፈተና መለያ ቁጥር (Registration No) QR code የያዘ ወረቀት /ስሊፕ/ print አድርጋችሁ መምጣት ይኖርባችኋል። ተመዛኞች ስማቸው ከተጠቀሰበት ተቋም ውጪ በፍጹም ፈተናውን መውሰድ የማትችሉ መሆኑን እያሳሰብን ለተጨማሪ መረጃ በስልክ ቁጥር 0118275936/952 መደወል ይቻላል፡፡
