CAPACITY RAISE/DECREASE FOR COURSES
Dear Students,
Please be informed of the following changes to be effective from August 14 at 16.30 (effective time):
Note1: Once capacity is raised, the students on the waitlist will be automatically added first!
Note2: During the admin's implementation of changes, the courses below will become temporarily unavailable for registration. Registration resumes from the effective time.

đ˘ Regarding Course Underload
Dear students,
If you are currently registered for fewer courses than required for a full academic load, please do not panic or worry. Course registration is a process that will continue until August 28, so there is still plenty of time to complete your schedule. You will not be dismissed from the University because you currently have a course underload. AAO will continue working with you to help you resolve your registration situation.
For the coming week, we strongly encourage you to start attending classes, even if you are currently waitlisted for a course. You may also attend classes you are interested in taking and speak with the professor about the possibility of obtaining an extra place.
Please also keep the following important points in mind:
đšThe Office of the Registrar will send updates regarding newly opened sections and increased course capacities. Please check your NU email regularly and register when new places become available.
đ¸As students adjust their schedules and drop courses, additional seats will become available, giving you further opportunities to register.
đšExtra place requests will be accepted starting August 24.
đ¸If you have questions or would like to discuss your individual situation, please contact your Academic Advisor.
Starting next week, advisors will be available through an appointment-based system. You can book an advising appointment here.
We understand that the registration period can feel stressful, especially at the beginning of your first semester. Please remember that you are not expected to resolve everything immediately, and you are not alone in this process. There will be multiple opportunities to complete your registration over the coming weeks.
We encourage you to stay attentive to your NU email, attend classes, and work closely with your Academic Advisor to finalize your schedule.

Best regards,
Academic Advising Office
