Yesterday we were trading TOWARDS it. Price is either trading to internal or external. We still had a 4 hour candle range and a key level, therefore I took the position. Once we take ERL, we start trading to IRL. Once we take IRL, we start trading to ERL. This is basically how trending markets are formed.
