📰وصمة عار على من يبرر القتل باسم الشرف ما حدث بحق الطفلة العراقية ذات الخمسة عشر عاما ليس حادثة فردية ولا "قضية شرف" كما يحاول البعض تصويرها، بل جريمة قتل بشعة تكشف إلى أي مدى يمكن أن يصل التخلف حين يُلبس ثوب العادات والعشائرية، فتاة هربت لتحمي طفولتها ومستقبلها من زواج قسري فكان مصيرها القتل، ثم خرج من يبرر الجريمة ويحتفل بها وكأن إزهاق روح طفلة أمر يدعو للفخر، أي انحدار أخلاقي هذا؟ لا يوجد أي "شرف" في قتل فتاة لأنها رفضت فهذا حقها، بل الشرف الحقيقي هو حماية الأطفال، احترام إرادتهم، وصون كرامتهم، لا تحويلهم إلى ضحايا لعقلية تعتبر المرأة ملكية عائلية يمكن التخلص منها، الأخطر من الجريمة نفسها هو البيئة التي ما زالت تمنح القاتل غطاءً اجتماعيًا أو قانونيًا، وتتعامل مع دم النساء وكأنه أقل قيمة النظام العشائري بالأخص في العراق وسوريا عندما يتجاوز القانون ويتدخل في حياة الناس وقراراتهم الخاصة يتحول إلى أداة قمع وترهيب، خاصة بحق النساء والفتيات، لا يمكن بناء مجتمع محترم بينما ما زالت بعض العقليات ترى أن قتل القاصرات حلّ "مقبول" لحفظ السمعة فالسمعة لا تُحفظ بالدم يا عشائرية يا رعاع أصبح من الضروري إلغاء كل المواد القانونية التي تُستخدم لتخفيف العقوبة عن مرتكبي ما يسمى "جرائم الشرف" وهذه تسمية رجعية همجية على كل حال، يجب الغاء المادة 409 من قانون العقوبات العراقي لأن أي قانون يمنح القاتل عذرًا مخففًا هو قانون يساهم بشكل غير مباشر في استمرار هذه الجرائم الطفلة التي قُتلت لم تكن "عارًا" بل ضحية مجتمع خذلها والعار الحقيقي هو أن يبقى قاتل النساء محميًا بالعادات أو بالقانون أو بالصمت الرحمة على روحك يا كوثر يا حبيبتي والله يعين الاطفال يلي متلك يلي عايشين بهيك بيئة عشائرية متخلفة رجعية #رجعية #تخلف #النظام_العشائري #الانسانية

Despite the war, Christians in south Lebanon fill the streets and churches to walk with Jesus on Good Friday. Thousands take part in the Stations of the Cross and carry an empty tomb filled with flowers, symbolizing the burial of Christ. Father Pierre Al-Rahi the Maronite parish priest of Qlayaa in South Lebanon was killed on March 9, 2026. ​The tragic events unfolded when an Israeli tank struck a residential house in the Christian village twice in succession. Following the first strike, which wounded a family inside, Father Pierre courageously rushed to the scene to assist Red Cross paramedics and local residents in their rescue efforts. ​While he was helping the victims, the tank struck the same house a second time. Father Pierre was hit and succumbed to his wounds shortly after RIP Father Pierre ✝✝
