Dear Assoclate, Festive Greetings !! 04th March 2026 (Dhuleti) Wednesday, shall be observed paid holiday at the client site, all our plants are operational i.e.. MSEL & MSPVL - Cell & Module & ANIL - I&W, and all associates are instructed to compulsorily attend the duty in their designated shift schedule. If, any individual associates fail to attend the duty he/she shall also be losing attendance and special incentive and other compensational benefits. Good News !! Client management is glad to announce the following. • Overtime as per rule. (Those working on week offs shall be paid Overtime as per rule) • Speclal Incentive of INR 1000/- shall be considered & disbursed in March 2026 payroll, for associates physically present for 05 days that is on March 02 to 06. 2026 • Complementary meal on 04th March 2026- Lunch/Dinner (for those who will perform double shift duty). Dear Associates, Good News! Client Management has introduced a Special Attendance Incentive Scheme on the occasion of the Holi Festival. Associates who are physically present at work from 2nd March to 6th March 2026 will be eligible for a special incentive of Rs. 1,000/-. This incentive is additional over and above the existing monthly attendance incentive policy. The incentive amount will be paid along with the March 2026 payroll. Dear Associate, As our nation is celebrating “77th REPUBLIC DAY” on January 26, 2026 (National Holiday) i.e., Monday , shall be observed as paid holiday at the client site, with prefix and suffix rules applicable. Below mentioned is the planning for functioning of the plants, respectively. Plants Fully Operational *MSEL Cell & Module – Plant* is fully operational and all associates currently getting deployed are instructed to report to duty in their designated shift schedule. *MSPVL Cell & Module – Plant* is fully operational and all associates currently getting deployed are instructed to report to duty in their designated shift schedule. *ANIL-Ingot & wafer- plant* is fully operational and all associates currently getting deployed are instructed to report to duty in their designated shift schedule. Please note – Since it’s a national public holiday, those associates attending duty shall be paid overtime as per rule. Absenting associates shall lose PH benefit and attendance incentive.
