I got a lot skinnier lately in order to achieve my six packs abs promise by the end of 2023. I have announced it all across my social media. BUT, there is always a but.. lately my friends, my mom, sister, siblings uncle, untie, my dog (if he can talk) . They all say I look too skinny like an old man. 👴 This frustrates me. Make me think I should give all this up. However, what they didn’t know. is that I have a secret oath!! I have sworn & I have announced that I WILL GET the fucking six pack abs even if it means all my other body parts left to bone. 🦴 I will even sacrifice this useless life of mine if I fail to achieve a simple discipline of eating right and train in the gym. Even my family and friends keep telling me I look ugly. Why diet.. u don’t look good skinny bla bla bla It is about dEDYcation. Not about look. If you set something, finish it! At the end of the day.. it comes down to 2 choices: 1. Me giving up and listen to my friends & family ( but I gave up my life ☠️⚰️ ) OR 2. Giving up my friends & family but live a life true to myself. Not going back on my words. And for once actually sticking to something I really believe in.

It usually takes 21 days to form a new habit. In the beginning, you gotta force yourself to do it. Then it will become automatic. ALSO, I have a reading assignment for you. Please finish it by next week. Link to download is below

Put down your phone and stop scrolling on social media. It’s a FAKE entertainment! I am glad I don’t scroll mindlessly on FB, IG, TikTok anymore. Back to real life, we have bills to pay & beautiful journey to live ahead. 🌎🏄‍♂️ Remember to prioritize what’s important first. Remove the distractions.
