i really hate to have to do this, but i have had some very hurtful allegations made against me this morning by an ex friend @/holidaysoftfox on twitter. i have an active police case against him, and law enforcement involved in two different counties due to his continuous stalking of my co worker and i, being transphobic towards her, making death threats to both of us, and generally just unsavory and predatory behavior. i am unable to show the document i have created yet as i am waiting to be advised by lawyers on how to defend myself, but i will make a proper statement with all of my evidence when i get the okay. i do not want to hurt my case in court and it really sucks not being able to defend myself right when this bomb was dropped on me, but unfortunately this issue has gotten so out of hand that i needed to get law enforcement involved. it sucks seeing people i used to call friends just blindly believe his statement with no evidence, and say such mean things about me without even asking me my side of the story first. i will make my response as soon as i am able. thank you for those who have stuck by me and known better than to trust him and his words, and for those who are asking me if i'm okay. i hope you can believe my side of the story backed by testimonies of many others of holiday's behavior and actions when i release my statement.
