Is this how they built legacy institutions you benefited from? Since you embraced individualism, how prosperous is your society? Look at you, you are living in constant fear of bandits, terrorists and village people. Have you not seen enough documentaries on how lions attacks their target? When the preys are moving in parks, they find means to isolate one of them, the moment it breaks out, the lions capture and feast. You are not separated physically, you are mentally isolated. Many traders, artisans, corporate workers, and civil servants struggle to plan for their retirement till now, they outsourced it to pension fund or do it all by themselves. By the time they retire, the pension savings can no longer save them when the need it most. Why? The value of their pension has faded. What can 8M Naira gratuity do for a retired man who still have his last daughter in 200 Level in the University? What can 45k Monthly pension do for him? Please tell me.
