If you’re currently struggling, here’s how I’d approach the comeback: 1. Stop trading for a moment. Give yourself time to reset instead of revenge trading. 2. Review your losses. Find out whether the problem was your strategy, execution, overtrading or risk management. 3. Go back to your A+ setups. Forget trying to make the money back quickly. Focus on executing correctly. 4. Reduce your risk. Your first goal is consistency, not recovering everything in one day. 5. Set a daily loss limit. Once you hit it, close the charts. No exceptions. 6. Build confidence slowly. Stack good trading days before increasing your size again.

I know what it feels like to struggle in this game. I’ve had periods where nothing seemed to work. Losing trades, bad weeks, doubt, questioning my strategy and wondering if all the time I was putting into trading was actually going to pay off. But I kept going. And that’s something I want you to remember too. Trading is going to have ups and downs. There will be weeks where you feel like you understand everything, and there will be days where the market humbles you completely. That doesn’t mean you’re not meant for this. Sometimes you’re not losing because you’re incapable. You’re losing because you’re still learning how to manage yourself, your emotions, your risk and your expectations.
