You can still place new orders during our holiday by email or via our website directly, but these new orders will only be QCed and shipped after 20th February when our holiday ends.
Your emails will still be answered everyday during our holiday except 4 days from 11th to 14th February.
WhatsApp & WeChat messages won't be answered from 9th February to 18th February, we will start to reply from 19th February.
QC and Shipping:
3rd February will be the last day we can arrange the shipping before our holiday.
QC team will be on holiday from 6th to 20th February, and will be back working again to resume QC & shipping process from 21st February for those paid but unshipped orders.
