ā€œBut won’t getting an ITIN make me pay US taxes?ā€ This is the #1 objection I hear from non-U.S. residents. And I get it. Nobody wants to accidentally trigger a tax nightmare. Here’s the truth most people don’t know. Getting an ITIN does NOT create U.S. tax liability. Yes you read that right. Simply having an ITIN doesn’t make you owe U.S. taxes. You’re tax obligation only come from: - Earning US-sourced income - Having a US business presence - Not from just holding of the 9 digit number Think of it this way… Getting a library card doesn't force you to read books, right? So getting an ITIN doesn't force you to pay U.S. tax. It’s just an identifier that lets you interact with the U.S. financial system legally. Don’t get tax confusion keep you on the sidelines… …while your competitors grab US credit lines and bigger biz opportunities, So if you’re tired of being locked out of US opportunities while your competitors grab US credit lines and business deals… If you want to finally have the same financial leverage as me and my private clients do… Then click below to get your ITIN handled by our certified Acceptance Agent who knows exactly what they're doing. upcredit.org/itin We handle everything. The 7 figure deal I lost because I didn’t have this 9 digit number… Dubai 2019… Round table dinner with six other entrepreneurs. The energy was electric. We’d been talking business all week, and suddenly one guy drops a bombshell: ā€œI’m launching a Saas company. Looking for six partners. Twenty grand each, upfrontā€ Everyone at the dinner table started nodding. Each one of them was pulling out phones to wire the money. The opportunity was massive. And keep in mind we all knew this guy’s track record. But I sat there frozen. Not because I didn’t have the funds. In fact… My Canadian business was doing well. I had the money sitting in my account. The problem was how I’d access it. See… My Canadian credit cards were already at thirty-percent utilization. Going higher would destroy my credit score back home. Wire transfer would take days and cost a fortune. While everyone else casually committed…. I had to say those crushing words: ā€œLet me get back to you.ā€ The room went quiet. And in my 5 years of business experience… Hesitation kills deals. And what sucked even more… The next morning they'd moved forward without me. And fast forward… That software company just hit over 7 figures in annual revenue. My share would've been worth over six figures in profit. And unfortunately I didn’t get a penny out of it. All because I couldn't access capital when opportunity knocked. Here’s what I learned from this lesson: Having money isn’t enough. You need the RIGHT financial infrastructure to move fast when deals appear. And I believe that US credit gives you that speed. That flexibility. That credibility. It’s not about the credit cards themselves… It’s about never missing another seven figure opportunity because my money was locked up in the wrong system. Don’t just stand on the sidelines while your competitors grab this. Something to think about. –JP CEO of UP Credit P.S Due to overwhelming demand for our ITIN services… We’re officially increasing prices to maintain the quality and attention each client deserves. If you’ve been thinking about getting your ITIN, now is the time before rates go up. upcredit.org/itin

The real reason the IRS created ITINs in 1996… Ever had a US bank tell you ā€œwe need a Social Security Numberā€ when you’re trying to open an account? Or watched your LLC application get approved… Only to realize you still can't process proper American banking? You’re financially invisible to every US institution. That’s the real problem. Back in 1996, the IRS faced this exact issue. Millions of non-US people need to file tax returns but have no way to be identified in the system. Banks couldn’t process applications from ghosts. So they created the ITIN. Not as some backdoor trick. But as the official solution. Think of it this way. The IRS doesn’t create tax ID numbers to make your life harder. They created them because they NEED a way to identify you in the system. Without an ITIN… You’re financially invisible to every U.S.institution. Banks can’t open accounts for ghosts. Credit card companies can’t approve applications from people who don’t exist in their system. But here’s what makes ITINs powerful for business owners like you… Having an ITIN doesn't create U.S. tax liability. Your tax obligations only come from earning U.S… Source income or having a U.S. presence… Not simply holding the number. What it DOES give you is legitimate access to the U.S. financial system. Real bank accounts. Actual credit cards. Business relationships that last. And here’s something most people don’t know… Your ITINs can expire if it’s unused for 3 years. Banks actually prefer ITINs with history because it shows stability and legitimate use over time. The foundation is legal. The opportunity is real. The only question is timing. Something to think about. –JP CEO of UP Credit P.S. If you’re ready to see exactly how the ITIN process works and get yours handled by professionals… Check out how you can get your ITIN in less than 12 weeks before the prices go up at the end of this month. upcredit.org/itin

I wanted to quickly give you some context on why I believe most non-U.S. business owners should have an ITIN, and more importantly, why the legality is straightforward. Since my team has been getting so many questions about it... here's all the technical details. The ITIN was created by the IRS in 1996. The whole purpose was simple: people who didn’t qualify for a Social Security Number still needed a taxpayer ID for U.S. federal filings. That’s it. It’s not immigration status, it’s not work authorization, and by itself it does not create a U.S. tax liability. Your tax obligations only come from earning U.S.-sourced income or having a U.S. presence, not from holding the number. What the ITIN actually does is give you a legal identity inside the U.S. system. Banks, processors, and even the IRS itself need a number to attach to your file. Without it, you’re invisible. With it, you can: File properly for your LLC if needed. Open U.S. personal and business bank accounts. Apply for American credit cards. Establish long-term relationships with U.S. institutions. Another detail: ITINs can expire if they’re not used for three years. That’s why timing matters. A three-year-old ITIN looks stronger in the eyes of banks than one that was just issued yesterday. It shows stability. For non-U.S. biz owners, having an ITIN is less of an option and more of a foundation. It’s the legal gateway for your company to take advantage of the U.S. financial system. And once it’s in place, everything else from credit cards to business funding is possible.
