On the short term we're still watching the $115k level. It continues to be the key resistance preventing further reversal, and we can see the most recent rejection on the 4-hour chart above. Zooming into the hourly chart, BTC is compressing between the 50ema and 200ema right now. This compression could lead to either a breakout if we close above the 200ema (with $115.7k confluence), or a breakdown if we lose dynamic support at the 50ema.

Taking a look at the two most recent weekly and daily candle closes, Bitcoin managed to sustain support at $112k. This was that major level we talked about on in the prior video, which would have triggered a bearish continuation down to $110k - so far, prevented. So, on the higher time frame, this was good to see! And, shifts our focus now to identifying a potential reversal here, by taking a look at the consolidation forming on the STF.

On the daily timeframe, BTC is also currently testing the 50ema support, which could potentially serve as a bounce point. It also confirms however, that if on the short term, $113k support is lost, a steeping correction can be expected.

Some insane price action from BTC over the last 12 hours. Dropping below the channel structure here as well as $115k, BTC tumbled right down to $113k. We've been seeing consistent bullish divergence against the lower lows from $114k onwards. However, until BTC reclaims $115k resistance we risk further corrections here. Next bearish targets include $112k and $110k.

Morning guys! Hope you're all having an amazing week! Weekly candle close has just happened so let's talk about it! After briefly tapping just above the RSI downtrend here, the close itself failed to breakthrough. This means, that while RSI printed its first higher high over the last 1.5year period, BTC still failed breakout of this structural resistance. As mentioned in my last video, this was not the ideal scenario, and we potentially face a local top or STF correction. Across daily and STFs, BTC is testing levels of support at $116.8k, and just as previously mentioned, the loss of these levels and SSL at $115.7k will result in a steeper and more aggressive correction to fill volume gaps below. Taking the price down to $113.5k and $112k. On the hourly chart, we can see BTC breaking down from the uptrend and structure mapped out in the prior video, and we should be headed down towards $115.7k support how, if the first CoCH level is lost here (red line). Support is support until they're not and thus far, we seem to be holding these levels. Thus, moving forward, we're looking for one of two developments, either being the loss of these levels, triggering a downwards move (market wide as TOTAL3 is at resistance), or a period of consolidation against these supports and potential recovery to retest Weekly RSI once again.

BTC Update! 🚨 Since last video, Bitcoin has since established support above the prior resistance at $118k. Pushing up, we saw it tap and briefly breakthrough the next level of resistance at $119.9k before failing to hold, and most recently, retracing back down to $118k. We're essentially continuing to consolidate between these smaller STF levels, while holding support on the daily timeframe at $115.7k. Structurally however, we're starting to see a bit more of a bearish development, with an ascending channel pattern. The measured move of the breakdown, takes Bitcoin down to $115.7k support, and past the 200ema on the hourly. So, the current STF trajectory seems to be downwards here. With repetitive retests of support at $115.7k, we have an increased potential for a breakdown - or an absorption of the demand at these levels. And thus, as mentioned in prior videos, it is pushing below here on the daily that may signal a higher time frame correction for BTC, targeting 113k and $112k.
