🛑 Most common complication of renal injury is urinoma which present early. * indications for nephrectomy after renal injurey are : = Hemodynamically unstable pateint + hypothermia +poor cougulation + normal contralateral kidney. = extensive injury + high risk pateint can't stand repair. = atrophic kidney with continous bleeding.

🛑 Raccoon Eyes (periorbital ecchymosis ) is a common presentation as a metastasis from neuroblastoma. * in old children MC metastsis to long bones. * in infants MC metastasis to Liver or SC tissue .

🛑 The cretiria for malignancy in case of pheochromocytoma depends only on the presence of metastasis , Otherwise capsular and vascular invasion can also occur in the benign one .

🛑 In case of adrenal mass , If it is more than 6 cm it becomes highly suspected to be malignant . #Noted that the size of an adrenal mass is the single most important critirion to diagnose malignancy.

🛑 DAWSON Cretiria for primary GI Lymphoma : 1_ absence of palpable Lymphadenopathy . 2_ absence of mediastenal lymphadenopathy on radiograph. 3_ normal BM and peripheral blood smear. 4_ disease grossly confined to the involved viscus. 5_ regional lymphadenopathy only 6_ Liver and spleen not effected.

🛑 Always remmeber when an abscess get lost , it must be in the subphrenic area .

🛑 Oesophageal cancers has no mercey and and almost seen in late stages , explaned by the presence of submucosal dense Lymphatic plexuses

🛑 Mackler's Triad for Boerhaave syndrome : * chest pain * vomiting * cervical subcutenous emphysema golden period for primary closure is within 24 hours , Otherwise eosophageal diversion +feeding jeojunostomy are done with over than 50% mortality rate .

🛑 The first sign of Pott's disease is deepened midline spinal sulcus at about T1O level due to increased muscular tonicity of sacrospinalis muscle. It is a nature's plaster Cast !!

🛑اليوم ٢٩ سبتمبر هو اليوم العالمي للقلب كما تم اقراره من قبل الاتحاد العالمي للقلب منذ ٢٣ سنة اي في العام 2000 الغرض من تحديد هذا اليوم هو حتى يتم لفت أنظار العامة لأهمية أمراض القلب واسبابها وكيفية علاجها والوقاية منها ان القلب ليس عبارة عن عضلة وظيفتها ضخ الدم إلى الجسم والى الرئة وفقط بل فيه أسرار أخرى عرف منها العلم شيء وربما لايزال في علم الغيب أسرار أخرى لم تعرف بعد ولذلك دلائل عدة منها على سبيل الذكر انه عندما يتم نقل قلب شخص إلى شخص آخر لايعني ذلك أن ما نقل فقط هو مضخة تضخ الدم وحسب بل هناك أشياء أخرى تنقل تؤثر في السلوك والمشاعر وغيرها فهناك اشخاص كان لديهم خوف من الأماكن المرتفعة وبعد نقل قلب لهم أصبح بعضهم يتسلق الجبال كما كان صاحب القلب الأصلي وهناك فيلم كوميدي مصري لطيف اسمه #قلب_أمه استمتعت بمشاهدته يعرج على هذا الأمر بقالب مضحك وممتع كذلك يمكن أن يصاب القلب بإنتكاسة شديدة وفشل بسبب مشاعر حادة ك الحزن الشديد او حتى الفرح الشديد نسأل الله لنا جميعا قلوبا سليمة من الأمراض والعلل العضوية والنفسية دمتم بود
