Subject: Request for Voluntary Withdrawal of Candidature – UPPCS Selection Process
To All Successful UPSC (Civil Services Examination) Candidates – 2025
The Examination Preparation Community extends its sincere congratulations to all candidates who have successfully qualified in the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Civil Services Examination this year. Your dedication, discipline, and sustained effort over the course of your preparation are commendable, and this achievement is a well-deserved recognition of the same.
In light of the above, this communication serves as a formal appeal to all such successful candidates who are simultaneously placed in the selection process of the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC).
It is respectfully requested that candidates who have secured a confirmed position in a UPSC-notified service and have resolved to join the same, may kindly consider voluntarily withdrawing their candidature from the ongoing UPPCS selection process.
Such a withdrawal would:
∙ Create vacancies for the large number of UPPCS aspirants who have yet to secure a position
∙ Reflect the ethical standards expected of future civil servants
∙ Strengthen the integrity of the public examination system
It is noteworthy that this initiative has already received encouraging support — several successful rankers from within the community have voluntarily expressed their willingness to take this step.
Procedure for Withdrawal:
Candidates wishing to withdraw may send a formal communication to the UPPSC via email from their registered email ID on record with the Commission.
Your cooperation in this matter would be a meaningful act of professional responsibility and solidarity with fellow aspirants.
Issued in the interest of the aspirant community.
