من موانع استعمال الــ PEEP هو لحالات Hypotension فما هو السبب برأيك ؟؟؟
وما هي استعمالات الــ PEEP ؟ 🔥
⭕ توضيح لهذه النقطة//
اول شي لازم نعرف شنو يقصد plasma clearance ؟
اني من اعطي البروبوفول رح يرتبط ببروتينات البلازما ، بروتينات البلازما رح تبقى حاملة البروبوفول لفتره من الزمن ورح تعمل metabolic للبروبوفول في الكبد ( يعني البلازما رح تنقل البروبوفول للكبد لان تريد تتخلص منها) وبهاي الحالة رح يكون تأيض البروبوفول بــ الكبد ما يقارب 2.2 لتر
وتدفق الدم الواصل إلى الكبد 1 لتر
يعني بهذه الحاله تدفق البروبوفول إلى الكبد اسرع من تدفق الدم إلى الكبد ، الكبد رح ما رح يكدر يأييض كله البروبوفول لان الدم الواصل اله قليل وبهاي الحالة رح يتأيض 30% من البروبوفول خارج الكبد:
