| 2 | I had this friend in high school who always gets bullied by his own close friends. ጓደኞቹ ብዙ ጊዜ ያበሽቁታል። እሱም አያሳፍራቸውም መልሶ ይበሽቅላቸዋል።
ብዙ ጊዜ እንደ ማብሸቂያ የሚጠቀሙት ልጁ insecure በሆነባቸው ጉዳዮች ነው። ልጁ ምስኪን ነው ይስቅላቸዋል። ሲቀለድበት ፈገግ ብሎ ያልፋል።
ጓደኞቹ one to one ሲያገኙትም በgroup settingም ነበር mood የሚይዙበት። Mood ሲያዝበት ዝም ይላል። ሁሉም እየመጣ ሲቀልድበት ቀልድ እና ጨዋታ የሚያውቅ ሰው ነበር የሚመስለው።
ቀስ እያለ ከጊዜ ወደ ጊዜ የልጁ ኮንፊደንስ እየተመታ መጣ። እንደ ከዚህ ቀደም ጮክ ብሎ ማውራት እና በቡድን መሐል ሃሳቡን በነፃነት መስጠት ያሳፍረው ጀመር። ድምፁን ቀንሶ ማውራት ልማዱ ሆነ። ሃሳብ ካለው በሰው በኩል ነበር የሚያስተላልፈው።
አንዳንድ ነገሮች ከመስመር እንዲያልፉ በፈቀድን ቁጥር ማንነታችንን እያስደፈርን እንመጣለን። በጣም የምትወዱት እና የሚወዳችሁ ሰው ቢሆን እንኳን እናንተ ጋር ሲሆን በምን አይነት መልኩ act ማድረግ እንዳለበት ማወቅ አለበት።
እኔም ከቅርብ አመታት ወዲህ ነው በደንብ የተረዳሁት። አሁን ላይ ማንም እኔ approve ያላደረኩትን topic ማውራት ሆነ action እኔ አከባቢ ማድረግ አይችልም። ይኼ ለሌላው በቀላሉ manipulate የማትደረጉ ሰዎች መሆናችሁን ያሳያል።
Leaders keep their boundaries uncrossed. Once you let someone cross the red lines you start losing power over your surroundings. And there is no going back from there!

| 4 | Tip number 1: Zero tolerance for disrespect
Detect disrespectful acts, words, and jokes directed at you early.
Tolerating disrespect costs you not only your confidence but your influence and the value people place on you.
Every time you allow disrespect to go unchecked, you communicate that the behavior is acceptable and can be repeated. And the more it happens, the more others may begin to undervalue you.
ያልተመቸኝን ነገር አልተመቸኝም የማለት መብት አለን። ብዙ ሃበሻ የይሉኝታ እስር ቤት ውስጥ ይታሰርና ሰዎች እንዲንቁት መንገድ ይከፍታል።
ክብራችሁን ለሚነካ ነገር ጊዜ አትስጡ። On the spot correct አድርጋችሁ እለፉ። ሰው እናንተን ለመተረብም ሆነ በእናንተ ላይ ለመቀለድ መጠንቀቅ አለበት። Topic መምረጥ አለበት። አንዳንድ ሰዎች በቀልድ መልክ ለማሸማቀቅ ይሞክራሉ። Don't tolerate that!
Set boundaries early. Respect yourself enough to make it clear what you will and will not tolerate.
NB: Don't ever disrespect others too! ነጥብ ያስጥላችኋል።

| 5 | ከዚህ በኋላ በየመሃሉ I will share some leadership tips and life principles that has helped me stay influential in whichever circle I am in.

This is for those who want to have an impact on people's lives. This is for those who aspire to become great leaders in the future. This is a tip to protect your boundaries and have control of the circumstances around you even if you're not an entitled leader. There is no life pathway where you don't need your leadership skills.
Because people are extremely manipulative. Everyone wants to take advantage of you except your honest and loyal circles, beware of them too. Otherwise, you will become toothless in life if you haven't stayed alert and guarded your dignity.
Yes! Young people like me also have something to share.

| 9 | There was this girl I met years ago. We actually grew up together, but we never had any rom***ic history between us..
አጋጣሚዎችኮ አንዳንዴ ክፉ ናቸው። እና አንድ ላይ we went to visit our Sunday school teacher, who had given birth. እና ተማሪዎቿ ተሰብስበን መሄድ ነበረብን and everyone joined us.
ከዚያ with that girl እዚያው ትንሽ ተቀራረብን። አወራን። And we also had enough time to have some fl**ty chats 😂.
Interestingly, the chats didn't stop there. We even started chatting online ቤት ተመልሰንም። ረጅም ሰዓት አወራን። ሙዳችን ገጠመ። በቃ የሌለ ተመቻቸን ምናምን።
አቤት ውበት ! አቤት ቁመና! አቤት አረማመድ! አቤት አነጋገር! ምን ልበላችሁ በቃ ልዩ ነበረች😂።
ከዚያ በውስጤ ሌላ አለም ውስጥ ገባሁ። እርግጠኛ ነኝ እሷም እንደዛው። ፈገግታዋ ያሳብቃል። እና ጨዋታችን ሞቅ አለ። ተቀላለድን ምናምን።
ከዚያ አንድ ቀን ለምን እራት አንበላም ብለን ተገናኘን። በላን። ብዙ ሰዓት አወራን። ከዚያ በመሐል እያወራች….
… "በነገራችን ላይ የወንድ ጓደኛ አለኝ። እና የሚገርምህ ከእሱ ጋር..."....
.... እያለች ወሬዋን ሳትጨርስ ሁሉ ነገሯ እጅ እጅ ማለት ጀመረ። ፊቷ ድብርት መልቀቅ መልቀቅ አልጀመረም?🙂 ያላየሁትን ብጉር ከጉንጯ ላይ ማስተዋል ጀመርኩ። እናንተ! ይኼ ሁሉ ኮረት እንዴት አልታየህም? ትሉኛላችሁ። ደግሞ ፀጉሯ እጥረቱስ።
ግንባሯ ወደዚህ ወጥቶ ነው? ፀጉሯ ገብቶ ነው? የጥርሶቿስ ብልዝነት። ቅንድቦቿ መሐል አንዲት ሽበት ነገር እንዳለች እሷም ያስተዋለችው አይመስለኝም።
እኔ ግን ታይቶኛል። ሲጀመር ልጅቷ አትሆንም ነው እምላችሁ።
በቃ ንግግሯ ሁሉ የአሮጊት ወሬ ያስንቃል። ወይ ሐሳብ አገላለጿ አያምር ወይ logical አይደለች። በቃ አለባበሷም ከቁመናዋ ጋር እንደማይሄድ ማን በነገራት! እዚያ ተቀምጠን አረማመዷን መሳል ጀመርኩ። ውይይ ...ለካ ወልጋዳ ናት።
እና ምን ለማለት ፈልጌ ነው? Before you go too deep into someone’s life, know them first. Know who they are. Know who they’re with. Know what their life looks like. Don’t just assume. Ask. ዝም ብለህ ባልተጨቀጠ ጉዳይ ላይ አትመሳሰጥ🙂!

የጥሎሽ ቀን... "ልጁ MMA Fight ሲያደርግ የሚያሳይ ቢዶ አሳዩን። ካልሆነማ ልጃችንን ለማንም ሴዶ ቢጤ አንሰጥም" ነው ሚሉት።
የEngagement Ring ስታሳዩአቸው ደግሞ.. "ሪንግ ውስጥ ገብቶ ካልተፋለመ ምን ያደርጋል ring? ቀለበት ልጄን ከጠላት አይጠብቃት ነገር ... ወደዚያ ቀለበታችሁን ...በማንም ወርቅ ለመሸወድ አትሞክሩ" ነው ምትባሉት።
በቁስ ምናምን የማይሸወድ ትውልድ ነው እየተፈጠረ ያለው ወገን። ትታገላታለህ ገና። እኔ personally I didn't like it. ይኼ ነገር ወርዶ ታች ሳይመጣ ሳይቃጠል በቅጠል ወይም ሳይቀድመን ነው መቅደም።🙂
