DIFFERENCE BETWEEN W6.5 and W7.5
I would generally attribute my one band score increase in Writing to my increased time management skills.
The chief reason I got 6.5 last year was to do with my task-1 - I couln't write anything except for the intro and overview-esque paragraph because I had around 9 minutes left for Task-1.
Now, take a look at how I used a timer to manage my better while practicing.

This is exactly what I told myself before my exam on May 16.
IELTS exam is nothing if you look at the bigger picture!

Assalomu aleykum.
Madina - 6.5 (soon to be 7.0)
I forgot to share yet another result that made me question the credentials of some speaking examiners working for IDP.
Madina studied in my IELTS STANDARD course for like 3 months, getting ready to pull off at least C1.
Everything was ok except for the speaking score she was rewarded.
On a positive note, she is so smart that she can get the hang of anything she learns. I still remember the times when We had differing views on BTS π.

Someone is happy and disappointed at the same time though.

Alhamdulillah.
All in all, it was a fun experience for me. More on this later.

Let me share this nice result with you:
Dilfuza studied in my IELTS STANDARD group for around 4 months - a little longer than usual - and ended up scoring a Band 6.0 on her May 4 exam.
This very score was more than enough for her to apply for a local university. That is why I said "this is the greatest result" - you can see it in the screenshot above.

Do you remember this certificate?
It was my second attempt with BC back in 2023.
