| 12 | We are announcing a lottery among subscribers of the LPWA Telegram channel, which will be held once every 2 months (6 times a year).
The lottery winner receives the right to publish his/her profile (1 full page) in the next issue of the "Light Painted World" digital magazine, subject to the Rules and Recommendations for publications.
To participate in the lottery, you need to subscribe to the official LPWA Telegram channel and send the completed Lottery Participation Form to the personal Telegram chat of the magazine publisher @fR1eeND
The lottery is carried out using a third-party online service YouToGift.com with the process recorded on video, followed by publication on the LPWA TG-channel the list of lottery participants and the video recording of the process of randomly selecting the lottery winner.
The date of the lotteries is the 1st day of every even-numbered month, and the winner (subject to meeting the deadlines and the above-mentioned Rules and Recommendations for publications) has the opportunity to be published in the magazine issue closest to the date of issue.
Missing deadlines and failure to comply with publication conditions deprives the lottery winner of the opportunity to use the chance given to him/her.

Dear friends, I am proud to present to you the world's first all-around digital magazine "Light Painted World".
The idea of this magazine has been incubated for almost 12 years, and now the first issue is almost before you!
We want to make a magazine about light painting for ordinary people - for those who have never seen how to paint with light. It should be a journey to a magical land full of wonders and unimaginable fantasy. I want to grab the attention of the common people, show them how inspiring it is and how they can start painting with light themselves.
An important aspect is the sociality of our art. It can really unite people into groups, ranging from family or school friends to dozens and hundreds of participants in mass activities.

| 15 | Dear friends, the poll of the week of September 18 did not take place again due to insufficient voters.
Thus, for three weeks in a row we did not have a result to participate in the monthly vote. Voting for September is cancelled.
Considering the current practice of voting by an insufficient number of participants, we are changing the calendar grid of our polls - now we conduct polls once a month (in the last full week of each month).
The next poll will begin on October 23rd.
The most difficult aspect of voting on artistic issues is the integrity of the voter.
If you honestly vote for the artistic value of the image, you are great, thereby helping the author of the image get a real assessment of his efforts. If you vote not for the artistic merits of the picture, but for personality of the author who painted this picture (out of the best friendly feelings, of course!), you are thereby depriving him of the opportunity to grow and develop. So, just be honest with the community when voting for the best light painting image in LPWA Polls.

A month has passed since the launch of our channel, and today the results of the subscription campaign are as follows: 233 subscribers who speak 7 languages (some, of course, speak their native language, but registered in English).
Here are the official Telegram statistics on the language composition of our subscribers.
Spain leads by a huge margin - and this is not surprising. Spanish artists are the hottest and friendliest guys. I already know that - where collective efforts are needed, the Spaniards probably will surpass any team.
Let's see what the alignment will be in a month. Of course, I would like to see a more balanced composition of our subscribers, reflecting the real popularity of our art in this or that country.
Therefore, I ask you to spread the word about our Telegram channel among your fellow artists and, no less important, among your friends, whom you would like to involve in our art.
It will be very interesting on our channel over time, and you yourself will need the support of your friends in the activities of the Alliance.

Astrophotographer Miguel Claro from the territory of the Portuguese Dark Sky Alqueva Reserve in early autumn took frame-by-frame shooting of the Sun using the Player One Saturn-M SQR camera and the Lunt LS100 telescope.
The material came out on 3 TB - it all turned into a video, approximately 213 processed still frames.
The resulting images make it possible to see the flash of the only star in the solar system. After the frame merging, the 5K video was about 3 hours and 20 minutes long, so the video had to be shortened.
