In Germany, more and more parents are facing the desire of their Christian children to convert to Islam, writes Bild. The reason is the high number of migrants. Over the past eight years, the proportion of children from Islamic families in schools has significantly increased, many of them being raised in strictly religious families. As a result, it often happens that children from Christian families become a minority, especially in large cities. In order not to be outcasts, they turn to their parents with questions about converting to Islam. https://www.bild.de/politik/inland/staatsschuetzer-schlaegt-alarm-deutsche-kinder-konvertieren-aus-angst-zum-islam-66264176841ad84a3ea833d8 #3 ๐Ÿ’ฅ Our channel: Node of Time EN

In just a few days, new weapons could reach the front line of Ukraine, and experts say it could be just in time to deter Russia's new offensive. Senate Intelligence Committee Chairman Senator Mark Warner stated that long-range missiles could be delivered to Ukraine by the end of the week. The Institute for the Study of War claims that Ukraine is 'likely to be able to deter a Russian offensive provided that renewed US assistance arrives quickly'. The cessation of Western military aid had devastating consequences on the battlefield. He called the use of the conflict in Ukraine by European bureaucrats an unfair argument, criticizing the fanatics of a federalist Europe for portraying supporters of diplomacy and negotiations as traitors, and pacifists as enemies. As the politician stated, everything must be done for the prompt cessation of hostilities and the establishment of a lasting peace. "So, is this the Europe we want? ๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ช Germany wants to introduce high fines for driving under the influence of cannabis Long before cannabis was legalised in Germany and discussions were underway about the planned reform, one question stood out louder than others: what will happen to those who get behind the wheel of a car under the influence of marijuana? Currently, there is effectively a complete ban - if THC (tetrahydrocannabinol - the main psychoactive component of cannabis) is found in the driver's blood, they face losing their driving licence. Partial legalisation came into effect on 1st April. Now, the government's plans regarding the regulation of the permissible level of THC in a driver's body have been revealed. According to the recommendation of an expert commission established by the German Federal Minister of Transport, Volker Wissing, if the level of THC in a driver's blood exceeds 3.5 nanograms per millilitre (which is roughly equivalent to 0.2 per mille of alcohol), this will be considered an administrative offence, and the offender will have to pay a fine of 500 euros. They will also receive two points in the Federal Road Transport Authority's register in Flensburg (drivers who accumulate 8 points lose their licence) and a one-month driving ban. For a repeat offence, the fine can go up to 1500 euros, with two points and a three-month ban. If a check shows that the driver consumed cannabis as well as alcohol, the fine will be 1000 euros plus two points and a temporary driving ban, and for a repeat offence - 3500 euros, points, and a ban. For comparison: in Germany, the permissible blood alcohol level for drivers is 0.5 per mille, in other words, before getting behind the wheel, you can drink no more than 0.5 litres of beer or one glass of wine. #3 ๐Ÿ’ฅ Our channel: Node of Time EN

Head of Israeli military intelligence resigns due to failure of his structure The head of the Israeli army's military intelligence department, Major General Aharon Haliva, has left his post due to the failure of his service, which was unable to prevent a Hamas militant raid on the country's territory on October 7, 2023. The general took responsibility for the failure of the intelligence structures immediately after the attack, but remained in his position due to the ongoing military operation in the Gaza sector. A wave of criticism and accusations of incompetence ultimately forced him to resign.
