Here's where things stand. 📊 SPOTIFY – WHAT THE DATA SHOWS About 35% of Spotify customers were affected by this crackdown. I initially thought Plan 1A (Individual) was completely dead, but it turns out a good number of accounts are still fine. That said, with this wave I'd rather move everyone towards Plan 1B (Join Family). It costs a bit more, but it's been stable throughout — and stable is what I prioritise. If you're deciding between the two, go 1B. I'm still selling 1A for those who prefer it — I'm confident I can stand behind the warranty on it. 🔄 SPOTIFY REFUNDS & OPTION 3 Refunds are progressing steadily. Option 3 backlog is down to about 10 people, mostly newer customers — you'll be cleared shortly. 🎬 NETFLIX / DISNEY Netflix had its own crackdown 1–2 months before Spotify, and it's possible I missed someone in the middle of all this.
