Katsu came to Lamarck from distant lands as a traveler seeking wisdom and tranquility. The unusual stranger ended up living in one of the capital's taverns, where he wasted almost all the money he had earned from fist fights right in the courtyard of his favorite establishment. Katsu was asleep when Lamarck was attacked by mad cultists. The big guy woke up to the smell of burning and found that unknown creatures were casting spells to create tongues of fire right in the courtyard of his beloved tavern! Without a second thought, Katsu rushed to the aid of the townsfolk. With amazing speed, he scattered enemies and brought barrels of water to put out the fire. Something changed inside Katsu that day. He was no longer looking for easy money or entertainment, but for those he could help. It was as if in helping others, he had finally found the peace he had once sought in the lands of Asteria. Today, we'd like to share with you all something very special to us... Tayra. Originally, this hero had a different design and a different name, and was supposed to be released way earlier. But when the war in Ukraine started, our team was inspired by the Ukrainian hero Tayra (Julia Paevska), a volunteer paramedic. While the hero was being redesigned, Julia was captured by the Russian forces. But, we knew, one day, she would be free, so we named her 4th ability "Free from shackles."
