🗳 VOTES ARE IN! 🗳 The Snapshot voting proposal is now CLOSED and the results are a resounding YES to move forward with the restructure/relaunch of Forge to Forge DAO. We are currently working on dev timelines for the necessary changes and the action steps necessary to microstep forward to these changes. There is NO action to take right now. Best thing you can do, in our opinion, is just to sit tight and wait for updates and announcements on the next steps once they are clear. Cheers! Onwards! - Forge Team

The core members and team have been working hard to find solutions to the problems we are facing and continue to build and grow. To do this we will need to change some of the technicals, which means creating a new contract for Forge and will be moving into a DAO where holders have governance voting power over various things. This gives more power to the people who are here and support Forge in the building process, as well further decentralizes the project. ⚒🔥 Good Afternoon Forgers! 🔥⚒ We have a few important announcements to make! 📢🎉 1) The Most Efficient Path Forward Wizard, Nic, & I have been discussing privately the best possible options to create the most effective path forward for Forge to continue growing. The recurring theme of these discussions has been the CCA orientation of: - Least amount of risk - Least amount of effort - Most amount of options 2) The Yield Farm On KnightSwap We want to incentivize and reward those who are providing LP to the project and focusing on a long-term time preference. So we have increase the multiplier on the farm on KnightSwap from a 1.5x to a 2x, for 3 months. 3) Transfer Of Forge Contract Ownership After hours of discussion with my council, we have decided that the best path forward (in terms of decreasing risk and opening up more options) is to transfer the ownership of the forge owner contract to Wizard, our head developer. Wizard is a refutable & trustworthy developer who has built the majority of the blockchain side of the entire ecosystem, so we have ZERO doubt. In making this move, it is important to note that nothing else changes. I am not going anywhere, just stepping down the "Founder" role and stepping into a team role instead. The ownership transfer will occur tomorrow, and Wizard will make a brand new wallet for the new owner wallet & ensure it is secure. 4) Weekly Education Sessions We will begin doing weekly education sessions, at the same time/day (will microstep and see what day/time works best) each week. In these sessions we will be covering the TGA Syllabus, CCA concepts/frameworks, Dr. Jeff Spencer's content, Nicsmas, and other useful stuff & things. The goal is to create a unique culture where we share a common language by leveraging the momentum of the community's concentric growth. These are the large announcements we have to make right now. We will be dropping some new announcements slowly as we confirm them! We are still here and building for the people who enjoy being here and learning alongside us.
