The symptoms of the patient are classic for hypercalcemia and common causes are 1º hyperparathyroidism & in urine they will have high ca and po4. In secondary hyperparathyroidsm it is mainly secondary to vitamin D deficiency and CKD and pts have high urine po4 but low urine ca bcs PTH is increased in response to hyocalcemia so that it increase resorption of ca in tubules and decrease urinary excretion.
