Чтобы защитить свой проект, внимательно соблюдайте следующие правила: ⸻ Запрещено использовать на сайте и стримах: 🔴 Название “Lineage” или “Lineage 2” • В доменном имени (например, l2server.ru — рискованно, а serverworld.ru — безопасней). • В тексте сайта без пояснения типа: “игра в стиле Lineage 2” — иначе трактуют как подделку официального продукта. 🔴 Официальные арты и изображения от NCSoft или Инновы • Обложки, арты персонажей, боссы, фоны — всё это под защитой авторских прав. 🔴 Официальные логотипы “Lineage”, “4game”, “NCSoft”, “Innova” • Нельзя размещать их на сайте, в промо-роликах, на стримах, в Discord и Telegram. 🔴 Клиент игры Lineage 2, размещённый для скачивания без лицензии • Даже частичная выкладка файлов клиента без разрешения нарушает права. 🔴 Информацию, скопированную с официальных сайтов • Описание классов, оружия, квестов и прочее в исходной формулировке также считается нарушением. 🔴 Фишинговые элементы • Переадресация пользователей на сайт без их явного согласия (например, автопереход на скачивание патча без предупреждения). ⸻ Что нужно сделать, чтобы снизить риск блокировки: ✅ Использовать нейтральное название проекта • Например, без слова “Lineage”: придумать уникальное имя сервера. ✅ Перерисовать или заказать собственные арты и баннеры • Даже вдохновлённые стилем Lineage 2, но оригинальные. ✅ Создать уникальный логотип сервера, без намёка на официальные бренды. ✅ Использовать обтекаемые формулировки на сайте: • “Фэнтези MMORPG”, “фэнтези мир приключений”, “классические механики 2007 года” — без прямого упоминания Lineage. ✅ Хостить сайт и стриминговые сервера за пределами России • Германия, Нидерланды, Франция, США — хорошие варианты. • Домены брать в международных зонах (.com, .net, .world, .games). ✅ Отключить прямые стримы с упоминанием Lineage 2 в названии трансляций на российских платформах • На Trovo, Twitch, YouTube ставить названия вроде “Classic Fantasy MMORPG PvP”, а не “Lineage 2 Interlude PvP”. ✅ Подстраховаться: разместить публичную политику на сайте, что проект является “фанатским”, “не связанным с официальной компанией”, и что все права на бренд принадлежат NCSoft. ⸻ ❗ Где у Инновы есть права и на что они распространяются: • ООО “Иннова Дистрибьюшн” владеет сублицензией на Lineage 2 в рамках Российской Федерации. • Их права подтверждаются сублицензионным соглашением от 14 января 2021 года между Innova Intellectual Properties SARL (Люксембург) и ООО “Иннова Дистрибьюшн” (Россия). • Иннова имеет право использовать: • Название “Lineage 2”, • Графику, арты, скриншоты, • Описание игры, • Товарный знак “Lineage” (регистрационный номер 321895) на территории РФ. • Только на территории России они могут официально защищать свои права через суды, НКЦКИ, Роскомнадзор. Важно: • В Европе, США, Азии, Украине, Казахстане, Польше — Иннова не имеет лицензии на Lineage 2. • За пределами России права принадлежат NCSoft напрямую.
