Not including my: Assorted Teas: Mullein Leaf, Licorice Tea and Marshmallow Leaf teas are my Go to in my box. You can pretty much put any tea you'd like, I also include some Green Tea as well. The benefits of the first are essentially the same as the extract. The many health benefits of licorice root tea are due to the presence of unique organic compounds, including glycosides, flavonoids, anethole, coumarins, sterols and a number of other antioxidants, as well as certain minerals and vitamins. It can help with respiratory Detoxification, menstrual pain, seizures, low blood pressure, arthritis, indigestion etc. It detoxes mucus/phlegm and eases inflammation. You can even use it topically when cold to help with skin health and hair health. It also stimulates urination allowing for detoxification of the liver, also having Diuretic effects. Marshmallow Leaf tea is high in Antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties. This tea can help with coughs, kidney stones digestive health and skin conditions. Pretty much, all these teas do similar things and work great when ill. Couple it with some ginger, tumeric, lime/lemon and honey? You'll be better in no time.

What exactly IS a "Heart Attack"? Dr Thomas Cowan @tom247365 Explains: What IS a Heart Attack? After this clip he further explains that once the tissue dies, you begin to have an accumulation of debri, blockages and plaque in the arteries leading to the heart. Which confuse the MDs into thinking the Blockage happened PRIOR to the Heart Attack, however it was a result of the attack. Cowan sites an Italian Pathologist named Biraldi, who over the 40 years of studying Acute heart attacks that led to Death, found that only 40% had a blockage. Of that 40%, 20% had a blockage AFTER the attack, leaving only 20% with a potential causative relationship between a blockage and an attack. Meaning 80% of those who had a heart attack, did NOT have a blockage. The link for this talk: https://www.bitchute.com/video/gLFmJOi1DZ3b/
