π Stop loss: below the big red candle's low.

π 10 Rules for Trading Candlestick Patterns
1οΈβ£. Location first: a pattern only matters at support, resistance or a trendline.
2οΈβ£. Reversal patterns need a clear trend to reverse.
3οΈβ£. Wait for the candle to close. A pattern isn't finished until it closes.
4οΈβ£. Wait for the next candle to confirm the direction.
5οΈβ£. Higher timeframes are more reliable. A daily hammer beats a 1-minute hammer.
6οΈβ£. Volume adds weight. Strong reversals usually come with higher volume.
7οΈβ£. Always set a stop loss beyond the pattern's high or low.
8οΈβ£. Risk only 1-2% of your account on a single trade.
9οΈβ£. Only take trades with at least 1:2 risk-to-reward.
π. Backtest every pattern on your own market before using real money.
A pattern is a clue, not a guarantee. Location + confirmation + risk control is the edge.

β Doji: The Indecision Candle
Open and close are almost the same, so the candle looks like a cross.
π€ What it shows: buyers and sellers are in balance. The current move is losing steam.
β Rule: never trade a doji on its own. Wait for the next candle to show the direction.
4 types to know:
β’ Standard: pure indecision
β’ Long-legged: big fight, no winner
β’ Dragonfly (long lower wick): bullish at support
β’ Gravestone (long upper wick): bearish at resistance
