🔹Q6: Radiation= is there any other site where you feel the pain?
🔸Q7: Reliving factors= is there anything which decreases the pain?
🔹8:Aggravating Factors= is there anything which increases the pain?
🔸Q9: Time= how long did it last?
🔹Q10: Associated Factors = what else is bothering you ? ask about any point in systemic
