Important Information for All Students
📢 If a student has not paid their fees, the college does not have the right to withhold their hall ticket.
🚨 If the college does so, you can file a complaint at the nearest police station.
⚖️ As per Section 340 of the IPC:
"Anyone who wrongfully restrains any person in such a manner that it prevents them from proceeding beyond certain limits shall be considered guilty of the offense of wrongful restraint."

📢 Important Update for Students on Provisional Admissions!
Many students who took provisional admission this year are facing issues with the current semester. 🧑🎓 Unfortunately, they won’t be able to take the Winter 2024 exams for their current year’s subjects. Here’s why:
🔹 If you were provisionally admitted to, say, the 3rd year, you’ll need to clear any backlogs from previous years before you can sit for your 5th semester exams. This means, instead of attempting 5th-semester exams this winter, you'll need to pass those earlier subjects.
📌 Key Points to Keep in Mind:
🗓️ You might wonder when you'll be able to attempt the 5th and 6th-semester exams.
📣 The university has yet to release any official notice on this.
📈 If you clear your backlogs in the winter exams, there's a high chance you can appear for both 5th and 6th semesters in the upcoming summer session.
◇ same rules for 4th year students.
So stay focused on clearing those pending subjects now to avoid delays! 🌟
