This channel's journey is stopping here.
Unfortunately, I don't have the time to maintain it anymore, while keeping the content quality. And so, it is time for an indefinite break.
I hope that you have enjoyed and appreciated it as much as I did, and that it has inspired you to make yourself a better person in every aspect.
Remember to keep fighting, keep improving and keep enjoying life.
Thank you.

Hold excellence as life's highest ideal and seek to embody it with your every breath. That is honor.
Go to bed at night knowing you have given your absolute best.
The gym is but one facet that should constitute the area of your activities. It's the most prominent and straightforward example.
Master mindfulness in every action you undertake.
Do one thing at a time and immerse you mind and soul into it. Whether it's reading a book, walking the dog, playing with the children, doing the dishes, getting dressed, etc.
Leave the rest of humanity behind. Let undisciplined fools perpetually chase their owl tails. You are different and are meant for things of a higher nature. Or are you not?
"There's always a road. Get out of the way and take that path nobody else is taking. «I'll get lost!» But getting lost where? In relation to what milestone or landmark? Stop talking nonsense. Once you're on this new path, you are now the arrow and the direction. You are not following the example, you are the example."
Jean Cau

Never look back. There is too much to be heartbroken about. You will not survive yourself this wayāmuch less overcome it. Itās good that whatās gone is gone. Better to forget. Look forward always! Rejoice in chaos! What did Nietzsche say about the dancing star! The future belongs to us!

āLove your wife, love your family, keep your word, and if need arises, die for what men die for. There arenāt many choices. And remember that truth doesnāt live in the number of voices.ā

"Permanence, perseverance and persistence in spite of all obstacles, discouragements, and impossibilities: It is this, that in all things distinguishes the strong soul from the weak."
ā Thomas Carlyle

"If you are ever tempted to look for outside approval, realize that you have compromised your integrity. If you need a witness, be your own."

"You need to lose more.
A store of bitterness and rage does wonders for a man.
Those pretty-boy golden child types? They can't hack it when it comes down to a brutal, endurance-dependent slog in the November mud.
I want the lean, mean, Kentucky wild men types."
ā Quintus Curtius

"Some people hear their own inner voices with great clearness. And they live by what they hear. Such people become crazy... or they become legend."
ā Jim Harrison

āThis is how strength is measured: to know how to carry your life through a world where there is no longer meaning, truth, purpose, law, justice, or causality, and at the same time not lose the very will to live.ā
ā Julius Evola, āTheory of the Absolute Individualā (1927)
"Drink your coffee, embrace the silence, do not take people seriously, do not take life upon yourself, do not exaggerate your emotions, and do not please anyone against your will."
- Mahmoud Darwish

An old alchemist gave the following consolation to one of his disciples: āNo matter how isolated you are and how lonely you feel, if you do your work truly and conscientiously, unknown friends will come and seek you.
ā Carl Jung
