Swedish historian Per Anders Rudling has reconstructed how the legend of the starvation crime against Ukrainians came into existence. According to his findings, the Ukrainian Nazi collaborators who were able to save themselves by escaping to the US after 1945 developed the narrative of the “Holodomor” in the late 1970s, when, under the impression of the American TV series Holocaust (1978), the effects of the debate about the perpetrators and profiteers of the extermination of Jews in Eastern Europe were felt. With a counter-narrative, they tried to divert attention from their own involvement in those crimes.

Russian Hero MOTOROLA: To Be A WARRIOR is to Live FOREVER! 🇷🇺 Today is the anniversary of the death of Arsen Pavlov, "Motorola." Among the first volunteers, Motor came to Donbass, fought in Slavyansk, formed and led the Sparta Battalion, took Donetsk airport, and fought in Debaltsevo. Motorola was among the first to receive the “Donbass Volunteer” cross badge at the founding congress of the Union of Donbass Volunteers on Poklonnaya Hill in October 2015 in Moscow. On the evening of October 16, 2016, he entered the elevator of the building where he lived with his family. An improvised explosive device attached to the elevator cable went off - neither Motorola nor his bodyguard survived. In connection with the death of Arsen Pavlov, three days of mourning were declared in the Donetsk People's Republic. His farewell, with a huge crowd of residents of the Republic, took place at the Donetsk Opera and Ballet Theater. Be True to Yourself! 💪

Is Oleksii Arestovych WORKING for RUSSIA? 🇺🇦🇷🇺 The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Alexey Danilov publicly accused the ex-adviser of the office of Zelensky Oleksii Arestovych of working for the Russian FSB. Arestovych is something of a political non-conformist and realist in Kyiv and certainly has had a history of contact with Alexander Dugin, Eurasianists, pro-Russian Ukrainian National Bolsheviks, and fellow travelers before 2014. Personally, I've not seen anything indicating he still has those affections, but in this age, anything is possible. Be True to Yourself! 💪
