Hello everyone, We wanted to let you know that our entire team has been hard at work addressing the recent issues, and we're nearly at a resolution. Unfortunately, the incident led to a loss of 37k XRP, but we are fully committed to making things right for everyone affected. Here’s what’s happening next: All IDO participants and anyone who traded within 4 hours after the IDO who create a trustline for the new token and burn their old tokens will receive new XPM tokens as a replacement. This will happen promptly on Monday at 11 AM UTC. To date, 1,000 wallets have successfully completed this process. However, 34% still need to follow these steps. If you’re unable to complete the process by Monday, don’t worry—you can still claim your new tokens later, and they will be transferred to you on-demand. Please note that the compensation will be paid out from team's allocation. Although we had many exciting updates planned for this week, we needed to focus our efforts on resolving this situation first. However, we’re looking forward to sharing the first piece of very good news this coming Monday at noon UTC, with more updates to follow next week. #Evernode v0.8.3 is now released and hosts are required to update manually. Hosts should take the time to read the full announcement on GitHub (link below) to understand all of the changes and requirements that accompany this update, including the installation/update instructions. GitHub Announcement & Instructions Please prioritize reading the announcement in full and update your Host ASAP. As far as host operators are concerned, there is one major new feature included with this update: Reputation Assessment, but the two most pressing points for Hosts to understand right now are: Reputation Assessment is optional at this time and opting in or out doesn't currently affect rewards. If opted in, hosts need to maintain a separate Xahau account for the Reputation Assessment, which is created on enrollment and must be funded with both XAH and EVR for the assessment to work. Note: As a reminder, you cannot use auto update for this release. This needs to be installed manually using the instructions at the GitHub link above.
