First things first. I'm currently on the site of the Berghof, Hitler's private residence, where he spent most of his time in power, made the most important decisions of the 3rd Reich and received the most important personalities of the time. Today, all that remains are ruins and the supporting concrete walls. Even so, it's hard to imagine the size of the building in its day. Small find of the day: two fragments of Berghof tiles, probably from a kitchen or bathroom.

In preparation for the 1936 Olympics, two road tunnels were driven through the Vestbühl hill at Eschenlohe for highway B2, the main highway going south into Garmisch-Partenkirchen. In March 1944 these tunnels were closed to traffic and used as an underground factory site to build parts for the Messerschmidt Me-109 fighters and Me-262 jet aircraft, the first jet plane in history. Parts assembly was done in workshops inside the northern tunnel, you can see the cavities that once housed the production workshops and the 2nd floor slab foundations, which was demolished after the war. Barracks buildings were also set up in the area between the two tunnels. This underground factory site operated under the codename "Ente" (Duck). I've just noticed that the Obersalzberg/Berchtesgaden bunker system has just reopened after several years of work and excavation. Guess who's returning next week to visit the famous Austrian painter's personal bunker? This bitch still finds a way to say that our country still has room for more immigrants and refugees, even if it means declassifying what little agricultural land and nature we have left to build concrete cages to house more taxpayers with negative IQs. She went to Brussels to negotiate with the EU to adopt the new "EU migration package". Our minister negotiates with foreign governments to welcome hostile populations. We're following the same path as our neighbors, becoming a third-world garbage dump. We can no longer take a step outside without running into nigers, sandnigers and other human trash. Bus stops and train stations look like fucking Western Union kiosks. Our country's demographics are exploding, and we're taking in more and more immigrants and refugees.
