« Switzerland must partially adopt the European Union's Pact on Migration and Asylum. On Wednesday, the Federal Council opened a consultation on the necessary changes to Swiss law. This spring, the EU adopted a pact aimed at continuing to provide rapid protection to victims of persecution, while strengthening the protection of the EU's external borders in order to reduce irregular migration to Europe, as Berne points out. "As a state associated with the Schengen/Dublin agreements, Switzerland will participate in this reform," stresses the government. "As such, it will transpose into its law those elements of the EU regulations that constitute developments of Schengen and Dublin, which Switzerland is obliged to adopt". The regulations binding on Switzerland define which Dublin state is responsible for processing an asylum application. "The deadlines for responding to requests have been shortened, and stricter requirements have been laid down for transferring responsibility for a request from one Dublin state to another", explains Berne. Exceptions for exceptional situations have also been better defined. The EU pact also provides for a solidarity mechanism designed to ease the burden on Dublin states under heavy pressure, such as Italy and Greece. "This mechanism is not compulsory for Switzerland, but we can participate on a voluntary basis," explains the Federal Council. The Federal Council will decide on a case-by-case basis, depending on the migration situation. » The pact, which emphasizes firm controls and a new asylum policy, is a Trojan horse. The aim of the pact is to speed up the granting of refugee status in order to curb illegal immigration. So Europe will be granting more and faster refugee status, so that these same people are not illegal but « official citizens ». And as we know, always without any controls and without any of them being in danger or coming from countries at war, since 99% of them come from shithole countries and return there for the vacations. The simple fact of being non-white gives them the right to claim refugee status in Europe and to live there.
