This addition to the Health Card QR page:
There has been a lot of talk about a quiet change to the definition of vaccines on hospital consent forms, suggesting the term ‘biologics’ or ‘biogenics’ is being used instead of ‘vaccine’ in order to coerce consent.
Because of this, we added the following consent option to the Health Card QR code:
"I do not consent to the administration of Biologics or Biogenics."
This item can be added to your Health Card by logging into your Control Group account and clicking on Manage Health Records.
▪️Scroll down to your Emergency Information
▪️Click the blue EDIT button
▪️Switch the option on
▪️Press the orange SAVE button
