Two years to the day (15 November 2022), I lodged an application in the Supreme Court of Qld to defend my right (and every health practitioner’s right) to freedom of speech 📣 when it came to warning people about the risks of the COVID vaccine. 💉 Despite being proved right 💯about this bio-weapon, I remain suspended from medical practice and have lost everything material, but have gained a closer connection with God, the admiration of many everyday Australians, and the respect of my patients. I would not trade that win 🏆for freedom and self-respect for any amount of 💴 dollars!! In the final day of my trial against Ahpra and the Medical Board (23rd Oct 24), counsel for Ahpra and the Board accused me (without foundation) of practising illegally as a doctor for being unvaccinated. They even told the judge that in Australia 🇦🇺 one needed to prove their innocence first, otherwise doctors like me were presumed to be guilty. I am pleased to report that I was in the Court today to submit the final documents in my case, and Ahpra and the Board have conceded that their accusation was a complete farce and they in fact had been aware of the legality of my practise for at least a year. 🤯 Judgment is now in the hands of Jesus and Justice Bradley and I am confident that the walls of this unethical organization that has intimidated, bullied and harassed many doctors 🥼 will finally be torn asunder! 🙌

I have been emergency suspended as a doctor for 2.3 years for exercising my right to free speech by criticising the #CovidVaccines and the Government. 🤪 In my trial of Ahpra, the Supreme Court judge was thankfully not buying @ahpra's ridiculous argument that free speech harms patient health and safety! They simply could not explain why or how I broke the law! 😄 I am hopeful for a positive judgment in the next few weeks! 🙏
