Russia's peace memorandum that was handed over to Ukraine today in Istanbul:

Russia demands legal recognition of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson as part of the Russian Federation, and full withdrawal of Ukrainian forces. Ukraine must remain neutral, banning military alliances and foreign bases or forces on its soil. Ukraine must stay non-nuclear, with a full ban on WMD possession, transit, or deployment. Ukrainian Armed Forces must be limited in size, weapons, and capabilities; nationalist units must be dissolved. Russian language to gain official status and full rights guaranteed for Russian-speaking population. All sanctions between Russia and Ukraine to be lifted, with no new ones imposed. Family reunification and displaced persons issues must be resolved. Restrictions on the Ukrainian Orthodox Church must be lifted.

In short: russia still wants Ukraine to greatly reduce the size of it's army and withdraw it from any fortified positions. This is not a peace treaty, this is a demand to make taking all of Ukraine easier.
