| 20 |  We are aware of residentsβ feedback regarding rodent sightings in the estate and have been actively monitoring the situation.
The Town Council conducts regular inspections and investigates reported sightings to identify areas requiring attention. Targeted pest control measures are implemented at identified hotspots, while our officers inspect common areas, drains and landscaping. Our pest control contractor also carries out treatment works and maintains bait stations where necessary.
For the safety and awareness of residents, especially pet owners, small warning signs will be placed at locations where rodent treatment has been carried out.
Residents can also support these efforts by reporting rodent sightings, disposing of waste responsibly, avoiding the feeding of birds and stray animals, and helping to keep common areas clean.
