Why does Airtel Awoof keep failing sometimes: Yes it fails and refunds at most times because the Airtel Awoof Server is very unstable as compared to other products. When the system records a certain number of failures it automatically disables the service to avoid complaints and enable it later when it is quite stable. Therefore you may experience some failures are certain times. Worry not as the service will be back once there’s stability. Remember, do not send or encourage your customers not to send Airtel Awoof/Gifting to a number that is owing Airtel either airtime/data. There’s no refund for such as it will deliver but the user may be unable to see the value for use. This is Airtel policy for handling debts. Thank you.

We are also pleased to announce the *addition of a new PALMPAY account (with N20 flat charge irrespective of amount) as one of the bank accounts for Auto Wallet funding via bank transfer* on our websites. So now upon login, each user is shown two PALMPAY Accounts alongside other funding accounts. The existing one with 0.5% charge and the new one with N20 flat charge.
